Sr. Project Manager (e&m)

Job Description :

Duties:

• Project management of Hong Kong property development projects including redevelopment works, renovation works, refurbishment, fitting-out and statutory orders, etc.
• Manage, control and coordinate project schedule & implementation to ensure the project to be completed on time
• Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Building Services Engg/Electrical Engg/ Mechanical Engg.
• HKIE / CIBSE / IET / IMechE Membership is must
• Minimum 8 years relevant experience, preferably gained from property developers or consultant firms
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
• Expertise in the full building development cycle and A&A works being a plus.
