Job Description :

Duties:

  • Analyze, identify and develop effective HR strategies, policies and operation systems to support the business needs in achieving corporate goals and visions
  • Keep abreast of local legislation’s update and ensure HR policies & practices are compliance to local legislation's supporting to the business objectives and competitive in the market
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management / Business Administration
  • 10 years or above solid HR generalist, of which 3 years at managerial level 
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese, English and Mandarin
  • Excellent managerial and communication skills.
