Duties:

• Set up and implement policies, goals, objectives, and procedures for the brand, i.e. marketing promotions, sales activities
• Ensure a high level of customer service in your store and follow up on the results
• Maximize sales opportunities by having a commercial focus
• Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of experience in related fashion brands 
• Good experience in managing a shop
• Good management and coaching skills
• Must have knowledge in fashion trend
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
