Job Details:

•  Collect and analyze information to facilitate improvement in structure, processes, and technologies.
• Construct workflows, diagrams, content and presentations.
• Improve systems by studying current practices and designing modifications.
• Interprets results and recommends solutions to increase revenue, reduce expense, maximize operational   efficiency/quality, etc.
• Created FSD/BRD/TRD/Rally Based User Stories documenting detailed design solutions including process flows.
• Lead JAD sessions identifying impacts.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience is required.
• IT Skills.
• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science.
• Good communication Skills.
