Required Analytics Lead

A leading Company Looking for an experienced Analytics Lead in Trivandrum,Kerala.

Job Details:

• Define and track performance metrics – working with the global team to create globally aligned metrics and reporting.
• Lead analysis on how our pipeline channels and programmes are delivering.
• Support team in achieving data literacy and create actionable data and scalable information - data consolidation,   accuracy, timeliness, gradually advancing to building consistent data definitions for key people metrics (eg. Headcount,   attrition).
• Manage analysis reporting across all Retail products/segments.
• Manage processes leading up to scorecard performance tracking and incentive calculation.
• Interact with metrics owners across various functions and get end to end understanding of the metrics and applicability of   the same across various Scorecards.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years experience is required.
• IT Skills.
• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science.
• Good communication Skills.
