Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Executive Secretary in UAE.

Job Details:

  •  Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.
  •  Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
  •  Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
  •  Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  •  Follows administrative, confidential, and sensitive data guidelines in maintaining company proprietary   information.
  •  Reconcile expense reports and purchase requisitions submissions.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma.
  • Two years experience in same field.
  •  Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  •  Excellent communication, teamwork and organizational skills.
