Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Telephone Operator in UAE.

Job Details:

  •  Courteously and efficiently answers all incoming calls and connects callers with the correct extension. 
  •  Skilled in screening and directing calls in a pleasant manner.
  •  Ability to adapt and learn how to use new switchboard equipment as needed.
  •  Ability to work cooperatively as a member of the clinic's front-office team.
  •  Ability to read, understand and follow oral and written instructions.
  •  Contact interns and residents for outside calls, units and codes.

Job Requirements:

  •  High School Graduate.
  • Minimum One year experience.
  •  Clerical and basic office skills.
  •  Basic data entry and/or word processing skills.
