Project Manager - F&b Chain

Job Description :

Duties:

• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals
• Manage all related documents, e.g. licenses and terms with contractors, landlords, utility companies and all related parties
• Oversee all costs and forecasts for related projects and restaurant maintenance issues
• Requirements:
• Diploma / Degree in Building Services, Property Management or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of solid construction or project management experience in F&B industry
• Proficiency written and spoken Chinese and English
• Excellent analytical and management skills.
