L&d Manager (senior Level)

Job Description :

Duties:

• Implement talent management programs across the region to cope with the business strategies
• Design and facilitate the succession planning programs to ensure the readiness of high potentials coping with the fast business development
• Liaise with business leaders and department heads on talent discussion & review, and the development of talent pools across the region
• Requirements:
• Degree holder in relevant disciplines
• Skills in both verbal and written Chinese and English
• 10 to 15 years of solid experience in the area L&D, Talent Management and OD; of which a minimum of 4 years of experience at supervisory level
• Hands on L&D programs design and delivery
