Job Description :

Duties:

• Ensure smooth operation especially in our PRC manufacturing plant including but not limited recruitment, payroll, C&B policies, performance management, employee relations etc.
• Responsible for leading all staff in the department to offer effective and professional HR service so as to make better effectiveness
• Requirements:
• University Graduates needed
• Minimum 8 years experience in Human Resources, preferably gained from the manufacturing companies
• EXcellent analytical and managerial skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
