Job Details:

•  Overseeing the alignment and contribution of business analysts across multiple delivery teams. 
• Managing teams of 2-5 business analysts and mentoring more junior team members. 
• Providing guidance and leadership to more junior staff across the practice and guilds.
• Eliciting requirements.
• Researching and analysing customers needs.
• Working with the current BAs to organise and help with the growth of a large-scale project which is going global.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years experience is required.
• IT Skills.
• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science.
• Good communication Skills.
