Urgently looking for an experienced HR Manager in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Direct and monitor the work activities of HR and Benefits team members.
•  Create policies, documents, talking-points and templates for use by team members and clients.
•  Oversee Benefits Coordinator and day-to-day benefits administration.
•  Responsible for all reporting and data requests from auditors.
•  Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
•  Oversee scheduling and conducting interviews with applicants.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
