Duties:

  • Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties.
  • Create lists for real estate sale properties, with information location, features, square footage, etc.
  • Analyze purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.
  • Requirements:
  • Must have experience in local market (minimum 3 years) in real estate evaluations
  • Must have valid driving license
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Must have proofed experiences in local market
