Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Receptionist in UAE.

Job Details:

  •  Clean-up and maintain front desk, lobby area and cafeteria regularly.
  •  Arrange and prepare for meetings/events i.e. food orders, set-up, take-down, clean-up.
  •  Maintain inventory, and reorder office supplies as needed.
  •  Manage guest first impressions, offer beverages, ensure guests general comfort.
  •  Manage Practice Client Relationship Management software, Redtail.
  •  Clean and organize archive files, upload unessential materials and shred.
  •  Ensure general common area cleanliness (kitchen, conference rooms, training room, etc.).

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma.
  •  Organizational and time management skills.
  • Three years experience in same field.
  •  Excellent written and oral communication skills.
