A leading Company Looking for an experienced Customer Coordinator in Philippines.

Job Details:

  • Responsible in responding inquiries/concerns via call, chat, website and email.
  • Translate emails received from customers.
  • Assist clients in regards to their inquiries and be able to provide solutions.
  • Review and process deposit/withdrawal transactions of customers.
  • Administrate customer transactions and client account management including updating notes in accounts.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum one year experience is required.
  • Management Skills.
  • Degree/Diploma Holder.
  • Good communication Skills.
