Job Description :
Duties:
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Develop the sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
- Manage organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
- Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of IT sales experience
- Must have proven track record of performance
- Excellent sales skills needed.
- Appropriate academic Degree.
