Looking for a Scheduler in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

• Obtain and accurately enter accurate patient demographics, insurance authorization, and work up from physician offices at the time of scheduling.
• Coordinates schedule with physician time, staffing, procedure complexity, patient age/needs and equipment availability in mind.
• Maximize efficiency within the surgery schedule by organizing cases and monitoring block utilization.
• Communicate and partner with the back-up Schedulers in a manner that is consistent for the centers to maintain its high level of service.
• Coordinates with the anesthesia group to confirm scheduling for coverage.
• Works closely with Clinical Director to avoid equipment or supply conflicts.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma holder.
•  Proficient Computer experience required.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong organization skills.
