A leading Company Looking for an experienced HR Manager in Mumbai,India.

Job Details:

• To frame uniform ER/IR policy across Client  and Group Companies, which will inculcate World-Class work culture.
• To assess the Manpower related complexities considering the Employment laws ,rules and regulations . 
• Approach of the Union, IR  & cultural , changes in Employment related laws .rules and Mergers / Acquisitions & to take   appropriate measures  to bring uniformity at par with Client.
• Prompt communication to top management on sensitive IR issues and suggests action plan for resolving the same at early   stage. 
• Uniformity in Wage agreements & synchronization in Management Charter of Requirements.
• Update understanding of all Legal & Statutory compliance to meet the goal of Good Corporate citizenship. {{STRONG}}Job Requirements:{{ESTRONG}}
• Minimum 15 years experience is required.
• Strong interpersonal skilles
• Preferably Bachelor Degree Holder.
• Good communication Skills.
