Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Customer Servise Executive in UAE.

Job Details:

  •  Receives, posts, pays out funds, balances and proofs customer accounts.
  •  Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments and invoicing.
  •  Provides timely resolution of customer complaints, concerns, and inquiries.
  •  Supports marketing campaigns and product launches.
  •  Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
  •  Make appropriate corrections of denied, process-in-error or re-classified claims.

Job Requirements:

  •  High School Diploma.
  •  Effective verbal communication skills.
  •  Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Two years experience in same field.
