Duties:

Keep up all areas clean and tidy
Handle customer enquiries and complaints; Assist in managing various events
Offer general administrative support inclusive file maintenance, responding to customer requests, ad-hoc projects/events etc.
Requirements:
Diploma (minimum)
Min 3 year experience in customer service
Fluent English and Cantonese
Excellent communication and Customer service skills.
