A leading Company Looking for an experienced Service Desk Analyst in Philippines.

Job Details:

  •  Handle and manage inquiries over phone/emails.
  • Receive and process requests/issues.
  • Ensure proper documentation.
  • Conduct initial troubleshooting to identify the issue and ensure resolution.
  • Troubleshoot various systems/servers/workstations.
  •  Supports Service Request Management and Service Restoration Management Level.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum one year experience is required.
  • Knowledgeable in Computer application.
  • Degree/Diploma Holder.
  • Good communication Skills.
