A leading Company Looking for an experienced Business Analyst in Canada.

Job Details:

•  Ability to collaborate with and support other departmental teams in improving business practices and processes.
• Collate technical case reporting to internal support teams and support engineering with improvement reports.
• Ability to identify trends within data sets and forecast predications on failure rates and costs.
• Provide information, in various formats to the Technical and Warranty, on KPIs to improve fix implementation.
• Create and manage reports for business reviews with internal Management and National Sales Company.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience is required.
• IT Skills.
• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science.
• Good communication Skills.
