Quantity Surveyor

Job Description :

Duties:

• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation
• Predict/Calulate the cost of various materials required for the project
• Liaise with the client and other construction professionals like site managers, site engineers, project managers
• Requirements:
• Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years relevant experience at main contractor
• Good command over spoken and written in Chinese and English
• Excellent analytical skills needed.
