Job Description :

Duties:

  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals
  • Assign project tasks based on junior staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
  • Enhance comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
  • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints
  • Requirements:
  • Degree in IT / Computer Science or Equivalent.
  • Minimum 4 years of IT experience in developing or supporting large-scale systems.
  • Spoken and written English is required.
  • Fluency in Putonghua is an advantage.
  • Excellent managerial skills.
