Job Description :

Duties:

  • Identify changes in payment patterns and proposing action to avert indebtedness
  • Maintaining records of chasing activity in a timely, concise and accurate manner
  • Liaising with clients on a daily basis to resolve queries by phone and in writing with a professional manner
  • Requirements:
  • Degree holder
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in credit control or AR position
  • Experience from the legal background or other professional firms would be ideal
  • Good communication in Cantonese and English
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
