Job Description :

Duties:

Offer troubleshooting and problem solving on system, software, hardware, and network issues
Execute security work, system performance monitoring, SW/ HW inventory control and daily backup
Monitor the AD, DNS, Firewall, VPN, VIOP and other network device
Requirements:
At least 2 years' experience in IT field, with supervisor level as advantage
Be Familiar with Local Area Network environment
Experience in application support / ERP implementation is an advantage
Good command of written and spoken English & Mandarin
Knowledge of Database Software
