Job Description :

Duties:

  • Handle mobile data enquiries from hotline, email and internal system to deliver quality mobile data solution to both internal and external customers.
  • Act as mobile data ambassador of CRM
  • Develop data knowledge among colleagues through training and sharing sessions.
  • Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year customer service experience
  • Good business sense with good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good command over spoken/ written Cantonese and English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
