A leading Company Looking for an experienced Helpdesk Engineer in Kochi,Kerala.

Job Details:

  •  Responding to Help-desk requests remotely.
  • Taking help desk calls; logging and tracking calls.
  • Dealing with hardware and software repairs.
  • Configuring and installation of hardware and software.
  • Carrying out network documentation and reporting.
  • Assisting the technical team with maintenance tasks and installation.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum one year experience is required.
  • IT Skills.
  • Degree/Diploma Holder.
  • Good communication Skills.
