Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Sous Chef in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Maintain safety standards to ensure staff works safely in the restaurant and kitchen.
•  Clean and Maintain kitchen equipment according to company standards.
•  Comply with national programs such as Menu Program, Approved Product List and Inventory   procedures.
•  Supervise employees in the daily operation of the kitchen to ensure quality and timeliness of product. 
•  Organize and facilitate departmental meetings, training and goals setting.
•  Develop and implement creative menu items that adhere to Hyatt brand standards.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Great interpersonal and communication skills.
•  Good time-management skills.
