Looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

• Interfaces with designated management & client counterparts for specific planning & schedule tasks/cost presentations.
• Participates in developing & presenting training classes on designated subjects & on-the-job training for specific processes & practices.
• Performs personnel performance reviews when delegated. Interviews & makes recommendations for employment decisions.
• Prepares & analyzes comparisons of scope, quantities, & cost data between the projects.
• Performs productivity analysis of construction operations & verifies results by staffing & crew analysis of work operations by craft.
• Develops bid evaluation cost & schedule criteria & prepares bid evaluations. May participate in discussions with vendors.

Job Requirements:

• Good communication skills.
• 7 years of experience is required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong organization skills.
