Job Description :

Duties:

• Arranging innovative services for customers by maintainig the organizations' strategies, rules
• Taking information from customers and entering it on a database.
• Reply customer enquiries or passing them on to the appropriate department.
• Ensure the customer's experience is a positive one.
• Requirements:
• 2-3 years of experience in customer service/telesales/inside sales role
• Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks quickly and accurately
• Computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing
• Written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin is a must
