Looking for an experienced Bar Supervisor in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Evaluate and monitor team members’ performance on an ongoing basis.
•  Establish and maintain effective channels of communication with employees and guests.
•  Perform job functions of subordinate team members if required.
•  Record all attendance records and related work history in team member files.
•  Train, counsel, guide and instruct team members in proper performance of their duties.
•  Monitor service levels of all Beverage outlets and all team members within those areas.
•  Address all guest service needs and resolve any service-related problems or issues.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Possess good customer service skills.
•  Must poses excellent communication and phone skills.
