Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Receptionist in UAE.

Job Details:

  •  Clean-up and maintain front desk, lobby area and cafeteria regularly.
  •  Answer phone calls and call clients when tax returns are ready.
  •  Assist Office Manager with maintenance calls for repairs, etc.
  •  Assists with overall administrative projects and initiatives as directed by the Administrative Manager.
  •  Manage high-volume communications traffic via multi-line phone system and email.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma.
  • Two years experience in same field.
  •  Strong organizational skills.
  •  Written and verbal communication skills.
