Job Description :

A leading Company Looking for an experienced Process Associate in Kochi,Kerala.

Job Details:

  •  Develop and Maintain proper interaction and reputation with the clients.
  • Understand the business needs of the Clients.
  • Convince them to invest on new Projects with the Company.
  • Review of service receipt tools such as Mailbox/SharePoint/Shared drive.
  • Enters new orders/quotes from customers through order entry systems, with emphasis on error-free order management.
  • Enters changes and cancellations from customers through order entry systems (MFGPRO, CCP) using required customer   metrics.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum one year experience is required.
  • IT Skills.
  • Degree/Diploma in Computer Science.
  • Good communication Skills.
