Job Description :
Duties:
- Offer technical support and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software & hardware.
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
- Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
- Requirements:
- Appropriate Bachelor Degree
- Valid certifications.
- Previous relevant experience of 2 to 3 years
- Be a smart and presentable.
