Job Description :

A leading Company Looking for an experienced HR Assistant in Philippines.

Job Details:

  •  Respond to all queries sent to HR inbox and escalating relevant information or complex queries to the HR Advisor/HR   Manager.
  • Administration of onboarding documents and general ad hoc information including amendments and employee benefits.
  • Compile and analyse data for measures and improvements.
  • Monitoring processes associated with probation periods, fixed term contracts, references, DBS' and other key data.
  • Be proactive in dealing with enquiries from employees and the general public on routine HR matters.
  • Taking minutes of HR meetings and ensuring minutes are accurate and provided within 2 days of the meeting taking    place.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum one year experience is required.
  • Management Skills.
  • Degree/Diploma Holder.
  • Good communication Skills.
