A leading Company Looking for an experienced Social Media Platform Executive in Philippines.

Job Details:

  •  Responsible in providing assistance to end user of the social media platform.
  • Attend to call, email and Chat inquiries of clients.
  • Provide detailed walkthrough on how to properly navigate the platform.
  • Initiate troubleshooting on reported technical issue.
  • Deescalate complaints.
  • Update system record on the ticket received.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum one year experience is required.
  • Management Skills.
  • Degree/Diploma Holder.
  • Good communication Skills.
