Job Description :

Looking for an HR Specialist in Bahrain.

Job Details:

  •  Manages the Recruiter software system and posts open positions to websites, job boards, and social media once they are approved.
  • Responsible for creating periodic reports on employment activity.
  • It helps to build the public image of the Agency by providing a successful candidate experience.
  • Processes and submits candidates for pre-hire clearances.  Contact candidates when clearance paperwork is missing or incomplete.
  • Tracks candidates in the clearance process and monitors the results of clearances to help determine a candidate’s appropriateness for hire. 
  • Coordinates open interview events with HR Representatives and department managers, and attends recruitment events such as job fairs, College career days, speaking engagements, etc.  

Job Requirements:

  • Good communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organization skills.
  • Degree holder.
