Urgently looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager in UAE.

Job Details:

  •  Concentrates on training service personnel, to continually improve the guest experience.
  •  Foster open communication between Team Members and Management.
  •  Supervises portion control and quantities of preparation to minimize waste.
  •  Manage daily activities to achieve operational excellence.
  •  Respond to questions, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  •  Develop long term sales initiatives for driving profitable growth.

Job Requirements:

  •  High School diploma.
  • Two years experience in same field.
  •  Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
  •  Demonstrate effective decision making and problem solving skills.
