Urgently looking for an experienced Office Admin in UAE.

Job Details:

  •  Maintains marketing inventory by checking, tracking and replenishing as needed.
  •  Organizes and distributes hard copy mail and email/phone distribution lists.
  •  Support travel authorization and voucher preparation process.
  •  Purchasing office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
  •  Performing other relevant duties when needed.

Job Requirements:

  •  Bachelor’s degree.
  •  Multi-tasking and time-management skills.
  • Two years experience in same field.
  •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
