Job Description :

A leading Company Looking for an experienced ZOHO CRM Specialist in Malappuram,Kerala.

Job Details:

  •  Devising Strategy - Monitor relationships with existing customers through CRM systems.
  • Ensure the CRM system provides an effective sales funnel.
  • Develop and implement marketing techniques that will drive new customers.
  • Ensure proper documentation is obtained in order to create, change or delete an account.
  • Uploading of documents against the business transaction in SAP.
  • Campaign Management: Directly responsible for processing all requests received via Group inbox and consistent, timely   data entry of responses (inquiries or leads).

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum one year experience is required.
  • IT Skills.
  • Degree/Diploma in Computer Science.
  • Good communication Skills.
