Job Details:

  •  Handle and Manage Bookings (Requests and Cancellations).
  • Responsible to response to business Phone and E-mail requests.
  • Quick to resolve and provide alternative solutions for misplaced/denied bookings.
  • Identify and solve system errors and promote online system.
  • Coordinate with hotels and suppliers.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum one year experience is required.
  • Proficient in both Spanish and English.
  • Preferably Bachelor’s Degree Holder.
  • Good communication Skills.
