Job Details:

  •  Responsible in Handling customer inquiries via phone, email and social media platforms.
  • Managing Customer Service Database.
  • Build strong client relationship and improve customer experience.
  • De-escalating call while delivering difficult message to customers.
  • Process transactions and reply to inquiries about products and services.
  • Confirming orders that are made to avoid fraud.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum one year experience is required.
  • Customer Service Experience is a Big Advantage.
  • Preferably Bachelor’s Degree Holder.
  • Good communication Skills.
