Job Description :

Duties:

• Support covering broad ranging corporate and commercial, as well as regulatory matters in both local and overseas/cross-border context.
• Offer advice to support company policies, structure and new business initiatives. 
• Drafting and negotiating contracts
• Requirements:
• Appropriate academic Degree
• At least 5 years of post-qualification experience
• General commercial and regulatory experience, gained in a law firm and/or an in-house legal dept. 
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
