A leading Company Looking for an experienced Booking Specialist in Philippines.

Job Details:

Assist customers’ inquiries regarding travel/airline related concerns through phone call, chat, and email.
Track, document and retrieve information in call tracking database.
Assist in booking/rebooking airline tickets and hotel reservation.
Responding in rebooking/cancelled flights or hotel reservation.

Job Requirements:

Minimum one year experience is required.
Management Skills.
Bachelor’s Degree Holder.
Good communication Skills.
