Job Description :

A leading Company Looking for an experienced HR Associate in Philippines.

Job Details:

•  Responsible for managing the Human Resource concern of Japanese employees from Japan (e.g. payroll, benefits, etc.).
• Handle inquiries from Japan employees through phone, email, web-form, chat.
• Respond to requests / inquiries of Japanese employees.
• Interact and collaborate with customers, vendors, service providers, and other third parties.
• Report tasks to the Team Lead or supervisor or manager as necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience is required.
• IT Skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree holder.
• Good communication Skills.
