Looking for an Architectural Inspector in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

• Develops & interprets design criteria & specifications for most complex architectural infrastructure in a global business unit.
• Performs most assignments independently w/ instructions as to the general results expected.
• Analyzes problems w/ conflicting design requirements, sketches ideas & recommends possible solutions.
• Analyzes & report on the suitability of unconventional materials, techniques &/or difficult coordination requirements.
• Prepares architectural reports for clients as required.
• Develops & reviews project controls, cost estimates, quantity takeoffs & staffing requirements for proposals, forecasts & change orders.
