Required Operation Manager

Job Description :

A leading Company Looking for an experienced Operation Manager in Philippines.

Job Details:

•  Maintain constant communication with clients, management, and staff to ensure proper operations of the organization.
• Maintain a sufficient pool of on-call officers for backfill to mitigate last minute schedule openings.
• Maintain and publish weekly Open Shift Reports and interact with HR to fill shifts.
• Attend meetings with organizational key players to determine operational needs.
• Review incident reports and investigate to resolve issues.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience is required.
• Management Skills.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Good communication Skills.
