Urgently looking for an experienced Chef in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Study each recipe and gather all necessary ingredients.
•  Creates customized menus for potential Menu changes based on seasons.
•  Conduct formal performance evaluation of direct report subordinates.
•  Supervise Cooks and assist as needed.
•  Check freshness of food and discard out-of-date items.
•  Experiment with recipes and suggest new ingredients.

Job Requirements:

•  Culinary school diploma preferred.
•  Excellent time management abilities.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Excellent communication and organization skills.
