A leading Company Looking for an experienced Customer Service Agent in Philippines.

Job Details:

•  Build rapport with customers by greeting them in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.
• Research possible distributor related issues using inside resources to resolve problems promptly and courteously.
• Upsell/mention promotions and other products on phone calls.
• Greeting our customers and making sure they have a great experience as you fuel and wash vehicles.
• Performing vehicle readiness inspections to make sure tires, fluids, and other basic maintenance items are done.
• Helping make sure our facilities are clean, safe environments for our customers and associates.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience is required.
• Management Skills.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Good communication Skills.
